Terms of service

The rules for using HiGEO, including your account, acceptable use, the trial and billing, what we can and cannot promise, and the law that applies.

Last updated: June 5, 2026 · Effective: June 5, 2026

The short version

These terms are an agreement between you and DT Global Ventures Ltd, who operates HiGEO. HiGEO measures how AI engines talk about a brand and gives you a prioritized plan to improve it. We cannot guarantee a specific result, because no one controls what an AI engine says. You may not use HiGEO to harass a brand or person, to scan in a way that abuses our limits, or to break the law. HiGEO has one plan, Pro, at $99 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card to start, and you can cancel anytime. Our public reports use publicly available data about businesses; if you represent a named brand and want a correction or removal, you can ask us. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DT Global Ventures Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16042336, VAT number GB480044905), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, which operates the HiGEO service at higeo.ai ("HiGEO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using HiGEO, you agree to these Terms. If you are using HiGEO for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. What HiGEO is

HiGEO is a self-serve tool for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). It tracks how AI engines (ChatGPT with browsing, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) mention and cite a brand across the questions buyers ask, and turns that into a Brand Visibility Report and a prioritized GEO playbook of facts to publish, content to write, technical fixes, and off-site citation opportunities. The specific features included are described on our pricing page and may evolve as we improve the product.

What HiGEO does not do. HiGEO measures and recommends; it does not write or publish your content for you, and it does not act on your behalf with third parties. The playbook tells you what to do; the work is yours. HiGEO is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, even where a guide or report discusses a regulated industry. We name the three engines we cover and do not claim to cover engines we do not track.

3. Your account

You need an account to use HiGEO. You must give an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at legal@higeo.ai if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. One person should not share a single login as a way to avoid our plan terms.

4. Acceptable use

When you use HiGEO, you agree not to:

  • use it to harass, defame, threaten, or target any brand, business, or person, or to build a campaign whose purpose is to harm someone rather than to improve your own AI visibility;
  • scan brands you have no legitimate interest in, in order to surveil, dox, or interfere with them;
  • abuse our limits by attempting to run far more scans, questions, or projects than the plan allows, by scripting or automating the product against our intended use, or by trying to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • resell, white-label, or provide HiGEO as a service to third parties without our written agreement;
  • upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious, or use HiGEO to break any law or any third party's rights;
  • misrepresent a brand's data or pass off HiGEO output as an official statement from the brands it analyzes.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will use reasonable judgment and tell you why where we can.

5. The trial, the plan, and billing

HiGEO has one plan, Pro, at $99 a month. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and we do not ask for a credit card to begin, so nothing can be charged during your trial. You can cancel anytime; there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

When your trial ends, you choose whether to continue on Pro. Because we take no card to start, your trial cannot auto-charge. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

The 14-day free trial is how you try HiGEO before paying, so you only ever pay for the time you choose to subscribe. If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us and we will sort it out. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply, which we will add where the law requires. We may change the plan price with reasonable notice; a price change does not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. No guarantee of results

HiGEO helps you understand and improve how AI engines talk about your brand, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. We do not control ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or any other engine, and what those engines say, how they rank or cite sources, and how often they mention a brand can change at any time and for reasons outside anyone's control. We cannot promise that your AI visibility will increase, that you will be cited by any engine, that any specific recommendation in your playbook will produce a specific result, or that a third-party site will agree to add or change a citation. Our reports and playbooks are informed analysis and recommendations, not promises of performance. You are responsible for deciding which recommendations to act on.

7. Intellectual property

HiGEO, the software, the site, and the design are owned by DT Global Ventures Ltd and its licensors, and you may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from them. The reports and playbooks we generate for your projects are yours to use for your own business. The underlying data we collect from public AI answers and public web pages, and the methods and aggregate insights HiGEO builds from running the service, remain ours. You keep ownership of the project information you provide (such as your domain and settings), and you grant us the permission we need to process it to provide the service.

8. Public reports and removal

HiGEO publishes reports about some recognizable brands at higeo.ai/reports, built from publicly available AI answers and publicly accessible web pages, to show how the product works. These reports describe businesses in a business context using public information, and they state the methodology behind them (the engines queried and the number of questions). We aim to be accurate and fair, and we label a report as illustrative where it is a sample rather than live data.

If you represent a brand named in a public report and you believe something is inaccurate, or you would like the report removed, contact us at legal@higeo.ai with the brand and the specific concern. We will review the request promptly, correct genuine inaccuracies, and remove a public report on a reasonable request from the brand it concerns. This does not affect the private reports a paying customer runs for their own brand.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of providing the service, we do so in line with applicable data-protection law, and a data-processing agreement is available to business customers on request.

10. Availability, changes, and ending the agreement

We work to keep HiGEO available, but we provide it "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add, or remove features as the product develops. You can stop using HiGEO and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can. If we discontinue a paid service, we will not charge you for time you cannot use.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, to the fullest extent the law allows: HiGEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill; and our total liability to you for any claim relating to HiGEO is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, if you are on a free trial and have paid nothing, a nominal amount). Because GEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed (section 6), we are not liable for business decisions you make based on our reports or playbooks.

12. Indemnity

If your use of HiGEO breaks these Terms or the law (for example, you use it to harass a brand, or you infringe someone's rights), you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We would always rather resolve an issue directly first, so please contact us at legal@higeo.ai before anything formal.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. These Terms, with the Privacy policy and the pricing page, are the whole agreement between us about HiGEO.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, tell you by email or in the app, before the change takes effect for your continued use. The current version always lives at higeo.ai/terms.
