- For support (you are on a trial or a paying customer): include the email on your account and the project or domain you are asking about, plus what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If it is about a specific scan or report, the project name and roughly when you ran the scan helps. Send to support@higeo.ai.
- For sales or pre-sales questions (you are deciding whether HiGEO fits): tell us your brand's domain and the kind of company it is, and the questions you most want to see how AI answers. Pricing is on the pricing page and the method is on how it works, so you may find the answer there first.
- For press or partnerships: tell us who you are and what you are working on. Send to support@higeo.ai.
Found your brand in one of our public reports?
Our public reports show how ChatGPT (with browsing), Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews answered questions about some recognizable brands, using publicly available AI answers and web pages. The reports are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands they cover, and HiGEO does not rate them.
If you work at a brand we have reported on and you want to query the data, request a correction, or have the report removed, email legal@higeo.ai with the brand name and the specific concern. We review these requests promptly, correct genuine inaccuracies, and remove a public report on a reasonable request from the brand it concerns. This does not affect the private reports a paying customer runs for their own brand.
Privacy, data, and account email
Privacy and your data. To ask what personal data we hold, or to access, correct, or delete it, email privacy@higeo.ai. You can do most of this from your account settings too. See our Privacy policy for the detail.
Email notifications. Every notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn notifications off in your account settings. The email HiGEO sends is transactional and product notifications (verify your email, reset your password, a scan finished); there is no marketing newsletter.
