We built the measurement layer for AI search, because we needed it.

HiGEO shows you how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews talk about your brand, then hands you a prioritized set of moves to improve it. This is what HiGEO is, how it measures, and who operates it.

What HiGEO is

HiGEO is a GEO platform: it measures how AI assistants talk about your brand and tells you exactly what to do about it. It tracks how often ChatGPT (with browsing), Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews mention and cite your brand across the questions your buyers actually ask, turns that into a Brand Visibility Report, and hands you a prioritized GEO playbook: the facts to publish, the pages to write, the technical fixes to ship, and the specific off-site pages and threads to go influence. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the work of becoming a brand that AI assistants recommend and cite. HiGEO is the instrument that measures it and the plan that improves it.

Most tools stop at a dashboard and a score. HiGEO is built around the next action. The report exists to feed the playbook, and the playbook is a to-do list you can work through.

Why HiGEO exists

Search behavior started moving into AI answers. Buyers stopped scrolling a page of blue links and started asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews directly, and those answers increasingly recommend a short list of brands and cite a handful of source URLs. Being in that answer, and being one of the cited sources, is the new front page.

The problem was measurement. Marketers and SEO teams could see their Google rankings to the decimal, but had no native way to answer a simple question from a founder or a board: do AI assistants recommend us, and for the questions our buyers actually ask. The overlap between what AI assistants answer and what classic Google ranks is low, so an existing SEO program does not automatically buy AI visibility. It is a separate game, and most brands are not measuring it.

So we built the measurement layer we wanted: run the questions your buyers ask across the three engines, record where you stand and who AI recommends instead, and turn the raw answers into a ranked set of moves. Then we wrote, in public, the guides we wished existed for each kind of company. That is HiGEO.

How HiGEO works

For each brand we track, HiGEO generates around 100 questions your buyers actually ask AI: the "best tool for", "how do I", and "what is [brand]" questions that drive recommendations. We run every question across three engines: ChatGPT (with browsing), Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. For each answer we record whether your brand is mentioned, whether it is cited (your URL appears as a source), which competitors show up instead, and which pages the engines cite. That raw data becomes your Brand Visibility Report and your prioritized playbook. You can open the underlying answer behind every number.
We cover three engines and we name them: ChatGPT with browsing, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. We would rather be honest about scope than claim a number we cannot stand behind.

How we operate

Measure before we prescribe.

We do not guess what to fix. Every recommendation in your playbook traces back to a specific answer an engine gave, which you can open and read.

A playbook, not just a dashboard.

A score tells you where you stand, not what to do. So the report feeds a prioritized list of moves, ranked by impact and effort, with a status you can work through.

Honest about what we can and can't do.

GEO is not a switch, and no tool controls how AI engines answer. We tell you what improves your odds of being a cited answer, and we are clear about where the work ends and the uncertainty begins.

What GEO can and can't do

GEO is not a switch. AI engines change how they answer, who they cite, and how often they browse the live web, and no tool controls that. What HiGEO can do is show you, today, how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews talk about your brand across the questions your buyers ask, and give you a ranked set of moves that make you a better, more citable answer: facts to publish, pages to write, schema to add, and off-site sources to go influence.
What HiGEO does not do: it does not guarantee a ranking or a mention, it does not write or publish your content for you, it covers three engines rather than every assistant on the market, and it does not yet label answers as good or bad sentiment. It measures, prioritizes, and tells you what to do. You do the work, or your team does, and you keep it in-house.

The guides are how we prove it works

We wrote a definitive guide to getting recommended by AI for each kind of company we serve: B2B SaaS and developer tools, e-commerce and DTC, fintech, marketing and creative agencies, real estate agencies, law firms, and healthcare practices. We wrote them to the exact standard HiGEO tells you to write your own content to: question-led, specific, citable, with the facts and schema an AI engine can actually use.

That is deliberate. If GEO works, then when you ask an AI assistant about getting recommended in your industry, our guide should be part of the answer, and a cited source. We are not asking you to take our word that the method works. We are showing it, in public, on ourselves.
